Ćwiąkalski rewolucjonizuje prokuraturę
Minister Zbigniew Ćwiąkalski na specjalnej konferencji prasowej przedstawił założenia planowanej reformy prokuratury, które opracował zespół pod kierownictwem prof. Andrzeja Zolla. Reforma będzie prawdziwą rewolucją w wymiarze sprawiedliwości. Jej podstawowe postulaty to rozdzielenie stanowiska prokuratora generalnego i ministra sprawiedliwości, powołanie prokuratury generalnej oraz likwidacja prokuratury krajowej i apelacyjnych.
